• One bedroom suite based on two person occupancy.

• Two bedroom suite based on four person occupancy.

• Three bedroom suite based on six person occupancy.

• Extra person charge (over the age of 2) is $15.00 per person, per night.

• Check-in time is guaranteed by 4:30 p.m.; check- out time is 11:00 a.m.

• Rollaway beds, cribs and highchairs are available at for rental at nominal rates.

• A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to guarantee a reservation.

• Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $100.00 service fee.

• MasterCard, Visa and personal checks are accepted.

• Rates subject to change without notice.

• Rates for long term stay available upon request.

• Rates do not include state and local taxes, telephone charges, amenity fees or incidental charges.

• Guest pets are permitted with prior approval only. A fee of $15.00 per night is applied.
